Nokia Lumia 525 a good mobile phone from Nokia in recent times!

Nokia phones are back again in market. It appears as if they are doing great after being sold to Microsoft. First Asha, later Lumia…. Nokia is really on roll as far as  the mobile phone selling in concerned .

The Nokia Lumia 525 is the successor to the Lumia 520 smart mobile phone which is already available in market. So you will find the same 4-inch show with WVGA determination and Nokia's super touch affectability programming. What they have done is a good marketing survey about Lumia 520 mobile phone and retained its characteristics with the newly launched mobile handset which has been successful in keeping the masses glued for the Lumia 520 phone.

In brief what we can remember about Lumia 520 is that:

1. The Lumia 525 is with twice the RAM and a shiner body in respect to its predecessor.

2. The Lumia 525 has a 5MP autofocus rear camera, but there is no flash light arrangement on any.

3. Lumia 520 has  the best selling Windows Phone smartphone worldwide and all the characteristics have been included in 525 too.

4  It has  a 4-inch screen with 800x480p resolution and 235ppi pixel density,it is that of the Lumia 520.

5. 1GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor and 1GB RAM, the phone runs Windows Phone 8. So there is enough RAM to play around at this price but not all.

6. The phone is available with internal storage 8GB, microSD card support up to 64GB and  free SkyDrive storage of 7GB.

7. Average battery backup of 1430 Mph as told.

8. The colours are black, yellow white, and orange.

9. Price is good really good. It is around 10000/-; honestly you could not have asked better that from Nokia. Can buy from  Nokia Lumia 525 .

Google Nexus 7 (2013): Definitely a good buy….

At present, if you could get the best value of your money which you spent for a tablet; then it is Google Nexus 7, the tablet I am talking about. With the bundle of features, I am surprised how Google could give away this tablet at current price. You might have generally seen also that just with a single unique feature, a company like Google will never let the opportunity slip away to charge heavy price from the customers but Google has been exceptional in this case and I find this tablet available at a very competitive price.

Now, starting from its dimensions, it is a super lightweight tablet of 7 inch which you can comfortable take in your hands for a longer duration without the agony of your hands. On the first glace it looks very similar to its brother launched earlier in previous year. And it is just near to 1 Cm thickness (*.65 mm precisely to say.).Despite this thickness and weight; the tablet is the loaded with many qualities.

Remember, Nexus 7 (2012) had a 720p High Definition resolution IPS display? This, the newer version has a clear 1920X1200 display which gives a clear edge to it from rest of the pack. It has very good viewing angle and you can see in through the bright day light. It has cornor glass to protect the screen from scratches. The device is equipped with stereo dual sound system and quality is satisfactory if not exceptional.

The previous Nexux 7 already had a powerful quad core processor which has just been improvised in second launch with 1.5GHz quadcore SnapDragon S4 Pro processor and with the available graphic support of 320 GPU/400 Mhz, this tablet becomes one the most advanced  and fastest tablet in the market as on date. The RAM is spacious 2 GB which is more than sufficient in present technological scenario.
The Nexus 7 has been launched in three versions - 16GB, 32GB Wi-Fi versions, and a 4G-enabled version with 32GB memory. The available version of Wi-Fi uses dual band and also consists NFC chip and Bluetooth 4. Like any other tablet there is a headphone jack and Micro USB slot.

The only disappointing claim Google made is the good battery backup which, in my case, does not support claim. In fact, to reduce the weight and size of tablet, the company might have opted for the small battery which finds it difficult to maintain the claimed 9 hour active usage with such a heavy processor churning the data exchange with such rate…the battery goes down relatively early but then the tablet is compatible with wireless charging also.  Apart from this what seems that the memory appears smaller to me.

Equipped with two cameras, the tab has tried to justify the pixel ratio but fails. The 5 MP camera disappoints as the camera performs good only in better light conditions. The front facing 1.2 VGA camera is just an addition which you won’t find very exciting.
Despite all this the tablet is very good buy and can be purchased.

What RCom did but not airtel.offers EMI options on iphone 5!

Well, it is something an eye catching offer for someone who wants to own the iphone 5 at early as possible. Came to know from New Delhi that Reliance Communications (RCom) is offering for it consumer an EMI offer. It seemed a logical offer for the price at which apple trades.  Presently, Apple is offering 16 GB iPhone 5c at Rs 41,900 whereas 32 GB variant at Rs 53,500. iPhone 5s is available at Rs 53,500 (16GB), Rs 63,500 (32 GB) and Rs 71,500 (64 GB) respectively.
Thought the figures above look very offensive but Reliance has offered that consumers can own the 16GB models of iPhone 5S and 5C by paying Rs 2,999 and Rs 2,599 per month, respectively just for 2 years. The deal is further simplified as RCom is offering 16 GB models at zero down payment. Earlier it was heard that a customer would have to pay a down payment of Rs 11,600 for 32 GB iPhone 5c, and Rs 10,992 and Rs 19,992 down payment for 32 GB and 64GB iPhone 5s models respectively however now it is being said that no down payment is required for any of the iphone models. There is no hidden cost and the rates are all included. But yes, you will have to pay for international calls and roaming. Sounds good; as you need not to pay for national roaming, 3G usages, STD and local calls. So check yourself if you are the one who fits with these situations. This may be an attractive choice for you.
This war of prices may be further intensified as Airtel also offering the same sets but there is no offer like Reliance as such at the moment however, they have offered to relax in some rental charges of phones.
The most attractive features seems it’s weight and thinness. At a weight of just 112  gms  and around 2/3 of a centimeter (7.6 mm precisely), it has the capability to creat wonders. Most of the time you even don’t notice you have a phone in your pocket.
craze before launch
As the iphone makers say that they have taken touch to new heights, that’s correct. It is an experience of it’s kind. They have taken the touch to the extent today that it recognises you by your fingerprint identity. Unlocking the phone is no more a hectic exercise.  Now no need to get trapped in those key locks, patterns etc. I don’t even need to remember my password. Often wonder how technology has groomed to the limit when the capacitive sensors read the finger prints and the inbuilt software calculates that it is you who is the owner of this beauty.
I wondered how they are going to do with the battery issue considering that it is just 112 gm in weight and with such thin body. Company says that they have used 64-bitarchitecture with a A7 chip for taking care of the energy requirement of this phone. To say the least; with this chip, the processing speed has just doubled so as to consume the lesser battery and giving it more life. Apart from that there are some of the facilities in the phone where the batteries don’t get used directly giving it a longer life.
These days camera technology has enhanced leap and bound. Nokia lumia is here with their (never before heard) 41MP cameras. In iphone 5, though the front camera is just 8 MP but we know that at 8 MP of any camera gives good photos with great depth. To increase the quality of the picture within this megapixel range, iphone have enhanced sensors from previous versions of iphones and incresed the aperture for better light receiption by sensors.
So the features seem good however, it is an apple and it comes with a big price tag. It hurts to pay for that but that pain gives you the right to say ‘I do have an iphone 5’.
The related video of iphone 5 can be seen here. And a relatively cheap offer is over here.
